How can I preview Change Accelerator?

What do I get with Change Accelerator’s change management tools?

After purchasing access you will choose a username and password that provides unlimited access to the Change Accelerator portal. Here you will have access to the seven phases of Accelerating Change & Transformation (ACT)TM roadmap, more than 60 tools (i.e., templates, models, assessment, and checklists) in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel formats. Each tool comes with step-by-step instructions and tips for how to best apply it. There is an optional "Expert on Call" service available from inside Change Accelerator.

What are the operating system and software requirements?

We recommend one of the following browsers for accessing Change Accelerator: Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox 5 or higher, Google Chrome 13 or higher, and Safari 5 or higher. The Change Accelerator tools are compatible with Microsoft Office 2007 or later versions. This does not mean that the tools are not compatible with older versions, such as Microsoft Office 2003, but we cannot guarantee total compatibility. If you have a specific question about compatibility, please contact us.

We already have a change model at our company. Can Change Accelerator still benefit us?

If you already have your own preferred change model, great! Whether you use Prosci's ADKAR, Kotter's 8-steps, or some other model, Change Accelerator will complement your existing approach. Your model will help you know "what" to do and the Change Accelerator tools will help you with "how" to do it. If you don't already have a preferred change model, that's okay too. Change Accelerator includes the Accelerating Change & Transformation (ACT)TM roadmap, which is based on industry best practices.
